解飞,男,1989年2月出生于陕西省咸阳市。2018年毕业于电子科技大学电子科学与技术专业,博士学位,讲师,硕士生导师。2019年3月开始在beat365官方登录最新网址工作。
长期从事电子信息材料与元器件、光电子材料与光电探测器等领域的教学与研究工作。在《Journal of the American Ceramic Society》、《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》、《Ceramics International》、《Nanomaterials》、《Sensors》、《Journal of Materials Science-Materials in Electronics》等学术期刊发表论文30余篇;授权发明专利8项。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目一项、参与纵向、横向项目多项。
